Charitable Tax Receipts have been emailed. Please check your email or junk email. If we don't have your email you can pick up your receipt in the church foyer. After February 25 all receipts will be mailed.
Year End Donations: Just a reminder that tithes and offerings for 2023 must be in the office by December 31, 2023, or postmarked no later than the same date. Charitable tax receipts will be available once the year-end financials have been closed, but no later than mid-February. We will be sending the tax receipts via email so please be sure the office has your current email. If you want to know what your year-to-date giving is, please call or email Judy Thompson, she is in the office on Tuesdays from 10 am to 3 pm. jthompson@westvanbaptist.com.
We are thankful for your generosity in 2023. If you need to make any changes to your Pre-Authorized Giving through your bank, please call or send an email to Judy Thompson. If you make a change directly at your bank, we don’t get a notification then our records don’t balance. A follow-up would be appreciated.
Donations will be used as directed unless not needed, then as determined by Council as per our Donor Restricted Funds Policy.
